About me
Curious about behaviour, driven by people, and grounded in craft.
I’m a Product Designer with a strong foundation in UX and a growing interest and focus on product strategy & service design. I care about the overlap; where design, product, and business meet to shape decisions that actually move things forward.
I believe we’re heading into a new era of digital product design, one where AI reduces interfaces, and conversations replace clicks. That shift will demand a new kind of designer: part strategist, part builder, part systems thinker.
I’m particularly interested in how we’re about to design less. Fewer apps, fewer screens, and instead focus on how AI-driven services show up across the full customer journey. With this comes a renewed need for service design thinking: mapping real-world behaviour, orchestrating seamless experiences, and understanding how digital fits within a broader ecosystem.
What drives me is curiosity. I want to understand what shapes behaviour, what triggers action, and what gets in the way. I ask: Why do people do that? What’s happening in that moment? How can design nudge change?
Design, for me, isn’t about hand offs, it’s about shared ownership. I thrive in collaborative teams where designers, PMs, engineers, and strategists work side-by-side, questioning, building, and shaping products together.

Presented strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders across multiple engagements
Secured board-level funding through a digital strategy for a 227,000 member healthcare mutual
Recommended against shipping when usability testing revealed the product wasn't ready, and made that case stick
Applied MINDSPACE behavioural framework to a live conversion problem; shipped to iOS and Android
Directed senior UI designers; producing wireframes and briefing execution upward
Mentored junior designers and contributed to studio ways of working

Outside of work
I'm a big believer that what you can't get inside work, you find outside it. That's what makes a full life. The four parts that make me whole: Community, Music, Sport & Travel.
Community
After Covid I founded Orange Events; a roaming supper club for people in their 20s and 30s who wanted to meet strangers, eat well, and put their phones away for a few hours.
Ten sold-out events later, it's become something I'm really proud of. 2026 is an exciting year for Orange as I look to expand into new territories; walks, talks, and post-work music events.
Sport
Sport anchors my seasons. Autumn through spring I follow Southampton FC; a club that never does things the easy way, but the atmosphere and local feel keeps pulling me back regardless.
Summer belongs to cricket. Some say it's boring but the slow, thoughtful, gritty elements of the game are what I feel are missing in life as we know it. I recently went to Australia to watch England get hammered, but one day in Melbourne made the whole trip worthwhile.
Music
Some call it dad-rock but the 70s was the heyday and I won't apologise for it. Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, U2 sit alongside LCD Soundsystem, Geese, and whatever else I've fallen into recently.
That love of music led to an unlikely opportunity: singing lead vocals in Dadz Army, a cross-generational covers band with guitarists in their 60s and a rhythm section that's seen things. We play pubs and festivals across London. Bowie to Oasis, everything in between.
Travel
The same trip took me through New Zealand solo; campervanning, hiking, figuring things out as I went, then surfing in Lombok, and finally absorbing east Asian art and culture across Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan.
The work of Tadao Ando has stayed with me since, particularly the Art Islands of the Seto Inland Sea, where architecture and nature exist in such harmony that neither overwhelms the other. It made me think differently about how digital experiences can learn from physical ones.
